At South Bay Sustainable Communities, we are deeply grateful for the generosity of our supporters. Thanks to you, 2024 has been a remarkable year of growth and impact. We've expanded our youth program, Y4SF, engaged in numerous outreach initiatives and community clean-ups, and grown our community farm and educational programs. From compost gardening at local schools to guided nature hikes for all ages, your support has helped us connect more people to nature and foster sustainability in our community.
